The tools are varied, reflecting the range of contributors, and drawing disparately from Behavioural, Cognitive Behavioural, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion, Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Solution-focused, Mindfulness and Neuroscience frameworks amongst others.
The contributors include Marshall Goldsmith, Haesun Moon, Dr Woody Woodward, Michael Bungay Stanier, Suzy Green, Ilona Boniwell, Kaveh Mir, Naeema Pasha, Johan Frederik Banzhaf, David Love, Karen Foy, Julie Flower, Claudia Day, Jelena Jovanovic Moon, Maggie Grieve, Sam Isaacson, Jonathan Passmore and many more.
