Specific categories include: ‘The Business of Higher Education’, ‘Health Policy and Medical Training’ and ‘Management Policy and Strategy’. Libri Books are written primarily for members of ‘communities of practice’ which include professionals, consultants and trainers, as well as researchers and academics.
Leadership in the Age of Not Knowing gives a unique perspective on learning at the leadership level that focuses on both the what and the how of leadership along with identifying the skills and behaviors necessary for leadership success. It is a science-based and practice-tested holistic and integrated approach to leadership that provides a guide to leaders in the 21st century who are faced with novel challenges brought on by a constantly changing environment where know-how is in short supply. It is applicable to leaders in all sectors and all forms of organization, large and small.
About the authors: Mary Ann Rainey is an author, executive coach and consultant with a global client base. Leadership experience includes corporate Vice-president and Vice-city Manager. Co-founder, co-chairperson and faculty of the iGOLD (International Gestalt Organization & Leadership) Program. She has taught in NTL OD Programs in India, Japan, Singapore and the USA. Jonno Hanafin is an applied behavioral scientist, global change consultant, thought leader, and executive coach. Leadership experience includes head of global Executive Development and Organization Development functions for Fortune 1 company. He is Co-Founder and Co-Chairperson of the iGOLD Center (International Gestalt Organization & Leadership Development), and Guest Faculty on Executive Presence at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
