Outdoor coaching combines all the benefits of a reflective goal-based conversation, while engaging in a low-impact exercise and gaining all the benefits of being in a natural environment, from birdsong to sunshine. This book explains the why, what and how of Outdoor Coaching in this definitive practical guide. Jonathan and Ellie draw on their experiences of their epic Source to Sea journey along the River Thames. If you are a facilitator, trainer, coach or a manager, this book will give you everything you need to know about taking clients or colleagues outside to promote their well-being and performance.
